How to log into your My Nottingham College account

Example Microsoft SSO login

Accessing your My Nottingham College account uses the Microsoft Entra single sign-on (SSO) process, which will display a login box with the Nottingham College logo. Please enter your full student email e.g. 123456@student.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk followed by your student account password. This will be the same on both desktop and mobile devices.

You will also be asked to provide additional authentication either through the Microsoft Authenticator app or via SMS/text message. If you need to setup multi-factor authentication, please follow our how to setup Microsoft Authenticator guide.

Accessing your timetable or exam results

After logging into your My Nottingham College account from the left navigation menu (or waffle on a mobile device):

  • Select ‘My Timetable’ to see your upcoming classes.
  • Select ‘My Exams’ to see your exam results – subject to the exam results release dates (you can view more info about exam results/dates by taking a look at our Exams information pages).
