This course is perfect for those wanting to work on a construction site.
The qualification is a mandatory requirement for all new labourers who want to hold a CSCS green card.
You will learn:
- Introductory knowledge related to health and safety in the construction industry

Course information
BTEC Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment.
There are no formal entry requirements but you must be aged 19+.
You will complete a workbook.
You could progress into employment or further education.
Upon completion of the course a voucher is issued to allow the candidate to book a CSCS green card test at an alternative venue.
Nottingham College do not buy candidates green cards. It is for the individual to buy their own card upon successful completion of their CITB Health Safety & Environment Test (Green Card Test).
