Accepting your enrolment invite
Our Admissions Team are currently sending out enrolment invites to students joining us in September.
If you applied before 17th August, you’ll be invited to an enrolment appointment between 20-28 August, this will be sent to your email address. Your session will be booked and visible in your student account.
If you haven’t accepted your invite yet, now’s a great time to accept your invite and confirm your attendance.
How to accept your enrolment invite
- Login to your student account and go to the My Applications section.
- Under the course you have applied for, your enrolment appointment date, time and location will be visible with the button “Confirm or rebook”.
- Select “I will be attending this enrolment event” and click “Confirm attendance”.
- A success message will appear once your attendance is confirmed.
That’s it! This will update your account and let us know you are attending your enrolment date. When your enrolment date arrives don’t forget to bring everything you need.
Can’t attend your enrolment date?
The process is the same as accepting your enrolment invite, but instead select "I cannot attend this enrolment event and would like a new date to be booked". When selecting this option you will be asked two additional questions:
- Why will you not be attending?
- Please enter the earliest date and time when you can attend an alternative enrolment appointment.
Once submitted our admissions team will make contact with you shortly after you submit your request (this can be via phone or email), to confirm an alternative enrolment date.
Please note: If you are re-arranging your enrolment date, the date you provide as an alternative may not be the exact date of your alternative enrolment date. We encourage all applicants to enrol as soon as possible.
No longer interested in your course?
If you've changed your mind and are no longer interested in the course you have applied for, you can select "I am no longer interested in this course.” when going through the change my enrolment date steps, which will automatically withdraw your course application within 24 hours.
Have you signed your Learning Agreement yet?
All students enrolling must sign their learning agreement. To speed up your enrolment on the day, you can sign this before you enrol by logging into your student account.
