What you'll do and who we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an Innovation and Improvement Practitioner (Inclusion) to play a key role in driving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation, with a particular focus on improving pedagogy for students who face barriers to learning. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and forward-thinking team, working to create a culture of excellence where high-quality teaching and learning is at the heart of everything we do. 

The successful candidate will lead teaching and learning projects that improve quality of education, working with curriculum teams and leaders, you will identify effective practice, design and deliver high-impact CPD, support the implementation of evidence-informed teaching strategies, and evaluate the impact of quality improvement initiatives. 

We are looking for an ambitious and highly effective practitioner with a strong track record of delivering exceptional teaching, learning and assessment. You will have a deep understanding of effective pedagogy, be passionate about improving the quality of education in the Further Education sector and be committed to developing excellent practice across the organisation.
