Job description
Mercury is looking to employ an administration apprentice who has attention to detail, can multi task and is a quick learner. A sense of humour, and pleasant personality is a must. If you feel you have great organisation skills and look forward to working with a great team then this might be for you.
- Administrative duties – any administrative tasks you are required to complete
- Telephone answering and call making, dealing with suppliers and customers
- Booking maintenance and service calls on a Scheduler
- Organising the stationary store cupboards and keeping printers loaded
- Good housekeeping
- Other duties as defined suitable for your role

Business Administration Level 3 - 18 Months (+3 months for end point assessments).
Day release x2 Wednesdays a month at City Hub. x2 other weekly sessions will be via teams with tasks set on Onefile.
End point assessments: Knowledge test 60 mins, remote portfolio interview (30-45 mins), remote project presentation (10-15 mins followed by 10-15 mins of questions).
On successful completion of your apprenticeship you will be assessed for suitability for full time employment should there be a role available at the time.
