Course introduction
This course is a great choice if you are looking to improve your current skills as a beauty therapist/lash technician. Ideal for anyone want to add Russian lashes to their current treatment options.
During the course, you will learn

- Health, safety and hygiene
- Lash preparation.
- Completing a set of Russian lashes
- Home and after care
You can expect a dedicated team of lecturers who still work in the industry, so have up to date skills and experience.
This course will be a hands-on learning experience to ensure you get a solid grounding in the main application of Russian lashes using high quality products.
Practical skills will be assessed when carrying out a set of Russian lashes on a model and completion of an end of unit test which will be graded pass or refer. Please note you will be asked to provide your own model.

Course information
College Certificate accredited through ABT
You must have:
- A basic semi-permanent lash qualification
- Good communication skills
- A keen interest in subject area
- Good dexterity (hand/eye coordination)
- An informal chat with tutor
Assessment is by:
- Completion of a full Russian lash treatment
- Multiple choice end of unit test
Other short courses such as brow lamination and lash lifting, basic waxing or afro Caribbean care and styling.
Please note you need to provide your own model to complete a set of Russian lashes for assessment.
Please ensure that you are wearing all black e.g. black trousers or leggings and plain black t-shirt or tunic.
