Course introduction

This course is perfect if you’re a leader navigating times of change and want practical ways to proactively support your team while effectively responding to resistance.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify common pitfalls that can undermine successful change
  • Help teams shift from focusing on what’s been lost to thinking proactively about what’s ahead
  • Surface and overcome hidden barriers to success
  • Minimise frustration and low morale within the team
  • Strengthen trust and respect while building confidence and resilience
  • Embed change effectively and use it as an opportunity to develop the team

You can expect a practical, guided journey through the three essential stages of managing change: preparing for change, communicating change, and embedding change effectively. Participants will explore what commonly derails change initiatives and learn how to shift teams towards a more positive, forward‑thinking mindset. The workshop introduces proven tools and frameworks, including the transition curve and planning models to help plan, deliver, and embed change so it truly sticks.
