Course introduction

This course is perfect if you’re a manager leading hybrid teams and want to build the skills needed to re‑engage, connect, and support people working across different locations and ways of working. It’s ideal if you’re navigating changing expectations, multiple working practices, and the complexities of leading in a tech‑driven, hybrid world and want time to reflect, share best practice, and gain practical ideas for defining your role, boundaries, and connections in the new normal.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify and address factors that may be limiting their ability to fully embrace hybrid working
  • Recognise your own beliefs about hybrid ways of working
  • Gain practical ideas and tools to build and sustain trust across teams
  • Understand the needs of team members working across different locations and digital platforms
  • Recognise the importance of setting clear boundaries and expectations
  • Develop awareness of the key conversations needed to establish consistent, agreed ways of working

You can expect an experiential workshop that explores the realities of managing, motivating, and supporting others in a hybrid working environment. The session helps participants gain clarity about their role and impact as leaders, building confidence and capability to lead effectively in the evolving world of hybrid work.
