Course introduction

This course is perfect if you’re navigating constant change and want greater confidence dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.

You will learn how to:

  • Explore the root causes of ambiguity and recognise that the emotions it creates are a normal response
  • Use a straightforward toolkit to build confidence in unclear or uncertain environments
  • Learn how to move forward when uncertainty feels overwhelming or paralysing
  • Develop greater self‑awareness of personal reactions during periods of uncertainty
  • Support teams in understanding and managing ambiguity more effectively

You can expect an interactive workshop that helps leaders navigate periods of change with greater clarity and confidence. Participants will gain insight into their own strengths and development areas, while learning practical ways to support their teams through uncertainty. Using real‑life scenarios, the workshop encourages reflection on personal responses to change, explores alternative approaches, and identifies what could be done differently in the future to achieve more positive outcomes.
