College is an exciting time, but let’s be honest, it can also feel stressful, confusing, or even overwhelming at times. That’s completely normal, and you’re not alone. That is why we have a wellbeing hub on our intranet that is there to make sure you’ve got the advice and support you need to feel good and succeed.

Looking for trips and activities? Check out our enrichment page here.

Here's what you'll find:

Advice on loads of topics

On the wellbeing hub you find tips and guidance on things like mental health, stress, bullying, looked after and care leavers, sexual health, exam pressure, and more. Some advice comes from trusted NHS sources, and some is written by us to help you through college life.

Talk to a Wellbeing Mentor

If you need someone to listen or give advice, our mentors are here for you. They can help with anything that may be concerning you.

Explore Wellbeing Services

We’ve linked to external organisations that offer extra support, so you can get help beyond college if you need it.

Check out Apps and Resources

You'll be able to download wellbeing apps, browse useful websites, and grab self-help sheets to keep you feeling your best.

Join a Social Café

Want to meet new people, chat, and take part in fun activities? Our Social Cafés are a great way to make friends and feel connected.

Once you have enrolled, you'll have full access to the Wellbeing Hub, so, take a look around, click on what matters to you, and remember: your wellbeing really does matter. We’re here to help you thrive, not just survive.
