The Domestic Gas Foundation Managed Learning Programme (DGF MLP) – Initial Assessment is a comprehensive, part-time training route for individuals entering the gas industry. Designed to meet the requirements of the Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS), this programme provides the essential knowledge, practical skills, and on-site experience needed to become a competent domestic gas engineer and progress toward Gas Safe registration.
This assessment is aimed at candidates that have successfully completed and are in receipt of a Domestic Gas Foundation Certificate.
You can expect ACS assessment for Core, CCN1 and elements that you are eligible for, e.g. CENWAT, WAT1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, MET1.
Course information
40 hour
ACS CCN1 and Elements
You must have successfully completed and be in receipt of a Domestic Gas Foundation Certificate.
Theory and practical assessment
Successful completion of this assessment entitles the candidate to register with Gas Safe Register as a domestic gas engineer.
