Course introduction
This course is perfect if want to learn tips and tricks from professional chefs on how to make the perfect Christmas dinner.
You will learn:
- How to build a plan for how to tackle making a big Christmas dinner for family.
- Turkey brining
- Making the perfect gravy
- Professional roast potatoes
- Chef level Yorkshire puddings
- All the trimmings
You can expect hands on practical lessons with an experienced chef lecturer. The chance to make new food, which is yours to take home at the end of the session.
