Course introduction
This course is perfect if you have an interest in Thai food/cooking or would like to learn about a new cuisine and develop your kitchen skills and confidence.
You will learn about:
- A wide range of Thai dishes
- Thai culture
- Thai food preparation methods
- An understanding of Thai ingredients and flavour profiles
You can expect hands on practical lessons with an experienced chef lecturer and the chance to make new food, which is yours to take home at the end of the session.
