Catering and Hospitality

Catering and hospitality qualifications can take you all over the world, and we will help prepare you for an exciting career.

Many of our students go onto a wide range of fantastic global career opportunities, made possible with our industry-recognised qualifications.

You’ll train at our brand new restaurant at the newly built City Hub campus.

Legendary chef Marco Pierre White is a big supporter of the College and often meets students. You’ll also get the opportunity to take part in educational visits and maybe even national competitions!

We have strong links with top employers in the sector, so you’ll have lots of opportunity for high quality work placements and work experience.

Chefs in Health and Social Care (Level 2 Specialist Award) - Part-time

This qualification is specifically designed for people who cater for patients or residents in a health and social care setting.

Culinary Skills (19+) (Level 2 City & Guilds Diploma) - Full-time

This course is perfect if you’re aged 19+ and you love the buzz of being in a kitchen and creating tasty and inspiring dishes.

Food Safety in Catering (HABC Level 2) - Part-time
